To better support the organization’s growth and position in the market, CSM Group has promoted Todd George and Noah Schneider to program executives.
In these roles, George and Schneider are responsible for the overall leadership and execution of people and projects and promote collaboration between CSM Group and our clients. While monitoring cost and progress information of construction activities, they ensure owners’ best interests are served, and bring continuity and process efficiencies to projects.
George joined CSM Group in 2010 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of CSM Group's food and beverage and industrial manufacturing markets. For more than 10 years, he has leveraged existing relationships to build upon our work portfolio with the country's largest food producers and led the successful completion of work for two global producers.
“For the past 10 years, I have had the pleasure to work with Todd,” said Josh Rohs, vice president at CSM Group. “I have watched him grow and consistently go above and beyond for our clients. While Todd is working to make sure our external clients are happy, he never losses site of our internal clients. He leads his people and ensures they have an emotional and physically safe environment to share. Todd truly cares about CSM Group and his teammates.”
Schneider also joined CSM Group in 2010 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of several markets, particularly food and beverage and industrial manufacturing. His expertise in facility upgrades landed him an interview in Food Engineering Magazine's March 2018 issue, where he discussed the challenges that arise from aging plants and what solutions facility managers should be implementing.
He is also a certified Health Care Constructor, holds his OSHA 30-hour certification, is trained in good manufacturing practices, and is a certified Department of Environmental Quality construction site stormwater manager.
“Noah has been with CSM Group for the past 10 years and, without a doubt, has been a key contributor to the successes of the organization over this time,” said John Kakoczki, CHC, vice president at CSM Group. “I have really gotten to know him over the past 2 years and have benefited greatly from his expertise and knowledge of the construction industry and his ability to lead our execution teams. Most recently, Noah has excelled in expanding our Traverse City footprint and he continues to seek new opportunities in that region. Noah works extremely hard to understand our client's needs and expectations and assures we overdeliver each time.”
