CSM Group promotes Charlie Snow to construction manager

CSM Group is pleased to announce that Charlie Snow has been promoted to construction manager.

He has been with CSM Group since 2019 as a project engineer, and came to the organization as an experienced United States Navy Nuclear Mechanic 1st Class Petty Officer with a background in leadership, planning, quality assurance, and project management.

In his role, he is responsible for directing and verifying contract compliance by trade contractors and ensuring that the owner's highest expectations are met concerning a quality-finished project. He is also responsible for trade contractor pre-qualification, reviewing project documents, scheduling, bid document preparation, submittal approval and tracking, safety compliance, cost control, quality assurance, and field order pricing.
