Quan Faulk joins CSM Group as a construction manager

CSM Group is pleased to announce that Quan Faulk has joined the organization as a construction manager.

In his role, he is responsible for directing and verifying contract compliance by trade contractors and ensuring that the owner’s expectations are met concerning a quality finished project. He is also responsible for trade contractor pre-qualification, review of project documents, scheduling, bid document preparation, submittal approval(s) and tracking, safety compliance, cost control, quality assurance, and field order pricing. 

With aseptic and cleanroom construction expertise, he is a valuable asset to our organization and brings 24 years of experience in the industry, including knowledge of BIM modeling, logistics planning, procurement, and scheduling. He holds a Journeyman Pipefitter-Steamfitter Certification and is also a licensed Storm Water Management Operator.
