CSM Group is pleased to announce that Noah Schneider, HCC, STSC, and Rob Rohlman have been promoted to Vice Presidents.
In this leadership role, Schneider and Rohlman are responsible for the management of client accounts, expanding and securing new business, and assisting in the growth and development of staff members. They also guide staff development by identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately, and motivating teams to provide outstanding client service.
Schneider joined CSM Group in 2010 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of the organization. His experience in all phases of construction has led to successful project outcomes for clients across the Midwest.
"Having worked closely with Noah since joining CSM Group, I have been impressed with his leadership, client-centric approach, and positivity," said Stuart Mason, Chief Executive Officer of CSM Group. "I'm delighted for Noah's well-deserved promotion to Vice President and wish him all the success."
Through his relationship with local clients and trade partners, Noah has excelled in expanding CSM Group's footprint in Traverse City, Michigan, and continues to seek new ways for our team to bring value to that region.
Rohlman joined CSM Group in 2016 and has been a critical team member in the continued growth of CSM Group's education market sector. For the past six years, he has represented our clients’ best interests from project design to completion and has brought continuity and process efficiencies to projects from the start of the pre-construction phase through project closeout.
"Rob possesses a passion to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients," said Todd McDonald, Principal at CSM Group. "He has continued to show his commitment through efforts around improving himself and improving his team. I appreciate his ability to approach challenges in a way that draws confidence from our clients. Rob also has a great sense of humor and uses it to help others around him smile a little bit more. I look forward to Rob's continued development as a leader for CSM Group."
