    CSM Group is currently the primary provider of capital project management for one of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical manufacturers, at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical facilities.  We have supported over 200 projects, valued at over $1.25 billion.

    CSM Group is supporting this facility in three main areas, which are Drug Products manufacturing, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients manufacturing and Utilities & Infrastructure.  Our involvement with capital projects encompasses the full spectrum of operations at this facility, which are technically complex, specialized, and highly regulated environments.

    Developed a software solution to generate proposals from a request form to save time and money for the client.

    Recommended Procore as the CSM Group standard for improving CM processes on site. We are currently serving on the implementation team as the client's partner and provider of system administration services.
