    CSM Group was engaged to remove and replace an integrated powder plant tower.

    Due to the extremely sensitive nature of food contamination risks for baby/infant products and customers without a developed immune system, CSM Group provided solutions heavily focused on hygienic construction that conforms to exacting standards.

    Understanding the complexity (no compromise, no margin for error, and no second chances) involved, the project was successfully executed in a safe and timely manner, and within the commercial goals set.

    The original scope of work included a complete demolition of the existing ZIPP tower wall supply and return fans, erection of the structural steel HVAC duct chases on the north and south tower elevations, installation of a centralized HVAC system on tower roof, and the complete demolition and replacement of the existing tower's insulated metal panel and pressure relief panel assemblies.
