    CSM Group was selected to contemporize the HVAC and exterior portions of an in-production spray dryer tower.

    Due to the extremely sensitive nature of food contamination risks for baby/infant products and customers without a developed immune system, CSM Group provided solutions heavily focused on hygienic construction that conforms to exacting standards.

    Understanding the complexity (no compromise, no margin for error, and no second chances) involved, the project was successfully executed in a safe and timely manner, and within the commercial goals set.

    The original scope of work included a complete overhaul of the HVAC system, all associated utilities, and significant structural and architectural components to enable the installation of the new systems.  The project was initiated for the manufacturer to comply with federal guidelines regulating specialized nutrition manufacturing.
