CSM Group is proud to announce that Matt Higgenbotham has joined the company as a project engineer and Dan Fletcher has joined as a project manager.
Matt spent the last 6 years in the Navy and his recent role before joining CSM was a Quality Assurance Supervisor. In that role, he provided training to over 500 personnel monthly over concepts of Quality Assurance, supervised nuclear and non-nuclear production work and managed high-level production projects on multiple aspects. He currently attends Excelsior College and is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology.
As a project engineer, Matt will provide project management and administrative support on various projects during the preconstruction and construction phases. He will initially be supporting the CSM Group Project Coordinator team to learn the bidding, closeout, and financial side of projects so that he can apply that experience to site project management.
Dan comes to CSM Group with over 20 years of residential, commercial, and industrial construction knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Ministry Leadership and an Associates of Science in Business studies, both from Cornerstone University. For six years Dan has also been apart of the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department as a Reserve Deputy where he assists as a search and recovery diver.
As a project manager, Fletcher will provide leadership, direction and oversight during all phases of construction. He will assist with organizing and overseeing the construction process and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. He will be involved in all phases of the construction process: preconstruction, construction and post-construction.
