CSM Group is pleased to welcome four new hires to the team: Christian Sahlhoff, James Nause, Chris Baker, and Ben Stieber. Sahlhoff, Nause, and Baker join the team as construction managers, while Stieber will serve as an IT technician.
In their role as construction managers, Sahlhoff, Nause, and Baker will provide leadership, direction and oversight support to projects during all phases of construction. They will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Sahlhoff joins the company with 15 years of high-profile automotive and food industry packaging management experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in packing engineering from Michigan State University. He is also a member of the Institute of Packaging Professionals and is skilled at new equipment installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of non-conforming machinery to ensure reliable product manufacturing.
Nause has over 25 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and management. He has worked for large companies across the Midwest, including Ohio National Financial Services and Duke Realty Corporation, and as received System Maintenance Technician and System Maintenance Administrator designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International.
With over 20 years of experience in the skilled trades, Baker comes to CSM Group with a depth of experience in reading blueprints, fabricating industrial equipment and materials, and maintaining industrial facilities, equipment, and machinery. He is also a certified forklift operator and can proficiently operate various types of machinery.
As an IT technician, Stieber will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, answering questions and resolving technical issues, and providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software.
He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is skilled in intermediate programming, PC hardware, and basic networking.
