To better support the organization’s growth and position in the market, CSM Group has promoted Brian Beaver to vice president. He joins Josh Rohs, Woody Gontina, Heather Martin, and Kevin Kirk who also hold this title.

In this leadership role, Beaver will be responsible for the management of client accounts as well as expanding and securing new business and will assist in the growth and development of staff members. He will guide staff development by identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately, and motivating staff to provide outstanding client service.

Beaver rejoined CSM Group in 2014 and has been an integral part of the growth and development of the company. His portfolio includes clients such as Catalyst Development Co., Bronson Healthcare Group, State of Michigan, and Michigan State University. Currently, Beaver leads the project team at 180 E. Water Street, a new seven-story, mixed-use building in downtown Kalamazoo.

His ability to manage large-scale, complex projects is what makes him an asset to CSM Group – and why our clients love working with him. In December of 2019, Beaver was named the recipient of the Walt East: Excellence in Customer Service Award, the organization’s most prestigious honor. This award is presented annually to someone who provides the best service – both internally and externally – daily.

“I am excited to see Brian step into this leadership role and help CSM Group evolve and expands its existing client base,” said Jim Feltch, president and chief executive officer at CSM Group. “His passion for his job is evident in the way that he communicates with clients and partners as well as the way he mentors and coaches the next generation of professionals. I look forward to watching Brian do great things in his new role.”
