CSM Group is excited to announce that Allison Warner, EIT, and Josh Peruski have joined the organization as construction project engineers.
In their role, they work with their client's Engineering and Construction Services Departments to develop execution strategies and detailed plans to safely and efficiently execute work. They also provide technical support to their client's plant operations, environmental health and safety, quality, innovation, financials, continuous improvement, and maintenance team.
Warner comes to CSM Group with eight years of experience in the construction industry in civil engineering, project engineering, and project management roles. A few notable projects that she has been involved with throughout her career include Dowagiac District Library in Dowagiac, Michigan; Kalamazoo College's new natatorium in Kalamazoo, Michigan; and Lake Michigan College's Napier Building renovation and wine center. She is OSHA 10-hour certified and is also an Engineer in Training (EIT).
Peruski joins CSM Group with more than 15 years of engineering, design, training, and maintenance experience. He has held various roles within injection molding manufacturing, flavor distillery, paper mill, and dairy bottling facilities, and is skilled in Six Sigma methodology, process implementation and product development, continuous improvement, and Kepner-Tregoe problem solving and decision making.
