CSM Group is pleased to welcome Heidi Smith, project financial coordinator, to the team.
Smith comes to CSM Group with more than 10 years of experience in project administration, accounting, and procurement. For the past five years, she worked for a nationally recognized commercial foodservice equipment distributor as a procurement analyst, where she negotiated pricing with preferred vendors and manufacturers for equipment, set budgets for projects, and established and built relationships with her colleagues, vendors, and installers.
As a project financial coordinator, she is responsible for document and information distribution, financial report collation, and communication support throughout a project's entire life cycle. She also monitors and coordinates the financial activities of assigned projects and collaborates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to improve efficiencies with project execution.
