Meet Our Program Partner
Dr. John Austin
Since 2009, CSM Group has partnered with behavioral scientist Dr. John Austin to develop leaders who create measurable improvements in workplace safety and organizational performance.
Dr. Austin served as Professor of Psychology at Western Michigan University for 15 years and has spent more than 30 years helping organizations across 19 countries improve productivity, leadership, and safety through behavioral science. He has authored nearly 100 peer-reviewed publications and three books, including Results: The Science-Based Approach to Better Productivity, Profitability, and Safety, which outlines the same five-step framework used throughout CSM Group's Behavioral Safety Leadership Program.
