Seven Generations
CSM Group completed three projects for the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi in Dowagiac, Michigan. The purpose behind these projects is to restore the spirit and ideals of native justice and well-being within the Pokagon community, and we are proud to help them achieve that.
One of the three projects was an expansion of the Pokagon Band of the Potawatomi Health and Wellness Center. This two-story health center expansion included a 14,000-square-foot first-floor footprint and 3,700 square feet of renovations within an existing dental area.
Highlights of the construction on the first floor include a family activity center, men's and women's toilets and locker rooms, storage, future build-out space, and circulation space.
Highlights of the second floor include 10 behavioral health offices, a group room, toilet room, break alcove, registration and waiting areas, vestibule and corridors, and storage, mechanical, and electrical rooms.
