Kim Carr
Chief People Officer
Kim Carr leads our People Operations team and works with CSM's Executive Leadership team to develop strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of skilled professionals at CSM. She is responsible for optimizing people centered activities such as talent acquisition, compliance, training, learning and development, organizational design, change management, total rewards, culture and engagement, retention, health and wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion and performance management. She is a strategic partner to the organization’s business units, working together to create and maintain an engaging, high performing culture.
Kim has over 20 years of experience working with and/or leading HR teams and enjoys collaborating with execution teams and business partners to deliver human capital excellence and strong business results. As a labor and employment attorney, Kim brings two decades of related experience in compliance, conflict management and policy design to the People Operations team.
