JB Seo brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the global construction and engineering markets to our team. He joined CSM Group in August 2025 to lead our national growth strategy, particularly in high-tech, mission-critical sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, EV battery production, and pharmaceutical facilities.
Prior to joining us, JB held senior roles at Bechtel and AECOM, where he drove multimillion-dollar project pursuits and cultivated enduring partnerships with leading technology, energy, and industrial clients. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of complex capital programs, combining technical insight, commercial acumen, and cross-cultural fluency.
JB has extensive experience working with Korean-owned firms entering or scaling U.S. operations, and he is known for bridging cultural expectations with U.S. construction delivery models. In his role, he collaborates closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and clients—ensuring alignment from concept through execution, especially in markets where precision, speed, and risk mitigation are crucial.
