In 2002, CSM Group managed work for the school’s $20 million bond, including the construction of the new $12 million Walters Elementary and $7 million worth of renovations and additions at the Marshall Middle School.
In 2006, Marshall voters passed a $10 million bond, which included $5.5 million worth of renovations and additions to the high school, media center, and administration offices. $3.5 million worth of work was also completed at the middle school in the replacement of mechanical infrastructures, exterior windows and doors, as well as replacement of the school’s façade.
In 2010, CSM Group again assisted Marshall Public Schools in the passage of their $33 million bond. This bond included $3 million in additions and renovations at Gordon Elementary, $1 million in renovations at Hughes Elementary, $6.5 million in interior renovations and improvements at Marshall Middle School, and $18 million in renovations and an addition of a new auditorium at the high school.
In 2019, CSM Group managed modifications to eight (8) district facilities to provide safe and secure entrances. This work encompassed access control in all cases, new doors, glazing, and new exterior entrances at one (1) location.
