Marshall Public Schools

CSM Group has been fully integrated with Marshall Public Schools since 2000, providing bond services and facilities updates.

In 2002, CSM Group managed work for the school’s $20 million bond, managing the construction of the new $12 million Walters Elementary, as well as $7 million worth of renovations and additions at the Marshall Middle School.

In 2006, Marshall voters passed a $10 million bond, which included $5.5 million worth of renovations and additions to the high school, media center, and administration offices.
$3.5 million worth of work was also completed at the middle school in the replacement of mechanical infrastructures, exterior windows, and doors, as well as replacement of the
school’s façade.

In 2010, CSM Group again assisted Marshall Public Schools in the passage of their $33 million bond. This bond included $3 million in additions and renovations at Gordon Elementary, $1 million in renovations at Hughes Elementary, $6.5 million in interior renovations and improvements at Marshall Middle School, and $18 million in renovations and an addition of a new auditorium at the high school.

I would not hesitate one minute in bringing CSM Group back to Marshall. They are committed to excellence. They take the time to understand and connect with the fabric of the school system and the community. They communicate effectively to avoid surprises and setbacks. They invest their time beyond what is expected to provide a safe construction zone with the least disruption to the educational process in our schools. In the end, they believe and model in every way that our success is their success.
