Our team facilitated the budgeting process to bring the project within the owner’s overall budget of $86,000,000, including allowances and contingencies to set the project up for success. Our in-house pre-construction team provided third-party estimating to support the Architect/Engineer, Owner, and Construction Manager in aligning scope and budget.
CSM Group also provided monthly site visits to validate the schedule and review construction for healthcare code compliance. We served the local CEO to stay in step with outstanding cost and design discussions and reviewed all proposed changes on the client’s behalf.
Grand Island Regional Medical Center received the Certificate of Occupancy in January of 2020, and construction was completed in April of 2020.
