Mike Cusano transitions to pre-construction team as a planning and estimating specialist

CSM Group is proud to announce Mike Cusano’s transition from project manager to planning and estimating specialist.

In his role, he will be supporting the company’s pre-construction team and will work closely with internal teammates, design teams, and owners to develop estimates with a primary focus on plumbing and mechanical, used to guide the project from conceptual to construction documents. He will also provide pre-construction planning support on multiple projects, including scope writing, developing project schedules, bid solicitations, pre-construction meeting walkthroughs, and post-bid interviews.

Cusano, who has been with CSM Group since April of 2015, has been instrumental in leading several projects for the company and has worked with clients like Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Bronson Healthcare Group, and MPI Research.
