CSM Group is pleased to welcome Luke Kujacznski, vice president of strategic initiatives, to the team.

In his role, Kujacznski manages, oversees, and advances the organization’s long- and short-term goals and drives cross-functional business processes that support strategic growth focusing on technology advancement.

“It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Luke to our team,” said Steve East, chairman and chief executive officer at CSM Group. “His extensive knowledge in organizational building, combined with a keen sense of strategic and inclusive methodologies, fits well into the vision and mission of the organization.”

Before joining CSM Group, Kujacznski served as the executive director of Urban Alliance, Inc., located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. During his time there, he increased staff size from three part-time staff to 18 full-time staff while maintaining programming excellence, created and led systems development and implementation, and changed how the Kalamazoo community viewed disenfranchised populations.

Kujacznski is a powerfully passionate individual who believes in his community. He was instrumental in establishing Hub ONE, a unique collaboration between Urban Alliance, Prevention Works, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Kalamazoo, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Michigan. These organizations focus on leveraging and streamlining the complementary services they offer to citizens across Kalamazoo and Southwest Michigan to further address and reduce root causes of generational poverty.

Kujacznski has also been involved with several organizations in the community, including Kalamazoo Valley Community College, Western Michigan University, the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine (WMed), Southwest Michigan First, W.E. Upjohn Institute, and the Michigan Works! Association.
