CSM Group welcomes Whitney Johnson to the team

CSM Group is pleased to welcome Whitney Johnson, employee relations coordinator, to the team.

Johnson comes to CSM Group as a recent graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in interdisciplinary health services.

As an employee relations coordinator, she will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of three main functions within the organization: human resources compliance, the company’s talent management program, and employee wellness. Johnson will also provide administrative support to the human resources team as needed, including recordkeeping in compliance with FLSA standards.
