CSM Group promotes Kalem Pulliam and Ben Stieber

Two members of CSM Group's Information Technology Department have received promotions: Kalem Pulliam to Field Engineer and Ben Stieber to System Administrator.

Both Pulliam and Stieber have been instrumental to the company's growth and are quintessential representatives of our corporate values.

"I have observed Kalem and Ben address many daily requests that involve a sense of urgency and can say they approach each interaction with professionalism, respect, and, most importantly, patience," said Derrick Quintanilla, IT Director. "They are dedicated to their jobs, teammates and are perfect reflections of our company culture and what it stands for."

Pulliam joined CSM Group in 2017 and came to the organization as an experienced computer data system specialist for the United States Army. As a Field Engineer, he is responsible for installing, designing, supporting, and researching job site and mobile hardware, platform, and network systems. He also trains teammates in the field on hardware and system usage and internal IT department colleagues on correct field IT operating procedures.

As a System Administrator, Stieber is responsible for effective provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software related to infrastructure. He also participates in technical research and development of innovative solutions and ensures that all system hardware, operating systems, and related procedures adhere to the company's values.

Since Stieber joined CSM Group in 2018, his hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed: he has received several CSM Group Builder Awards designed to recognize teammates for their exemplary achievements.
