CSM Group is proud to announce that Hatem Marmosh has been promoted to a construction manager.
Marmosh, who originally hired into the company as a project engineer in March of 2017, holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis on project management. He has 12 years of experience in the construction industry and is experienced in commercial and residential development.
As a construction manager, Marmosh will provide leadership, direction, and oversight during all phases of construction around a fully-operational job site and will be involved in all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction. He will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.
Currently, Marmosh is supporting CSM Group’s industrial manufacturing market on a project for a product packaging client in Burley, Idaho.
