CSM Group is pleased to announce that Charlie Taft has been promoted to safety manager.

Charlie has 20 years of experience in project and safety management and has been an integral part of several CSM Group projects, including the Warner Building and the Frank J. Sardone Cancer Pavilion in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

“Charlie has been with our organization for two years and we are excited that he is stepping up to a more senior role within the safety team," said Randy Patinka, vice president of environmental health, safety, and sustainability at CSM Group. "I am confident that he has the ability to add even more value to CSM Group during this next chapter in our journey to world-class safety performance.”

As a safety manager, Taft plays an integral role in managing CSM Group’s safety and risk management and provides leadership of health and safety processes, including regulatory agency compliance, company policies, and human capital development. He also executes the company’s safety program to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.
