CSM Group names 2019 Walt East: Excellence in Customer Service award winner

CSM Group is proud to announce that Brian Beaver, project director, has received the 2019 Walt East: Excellence in Customer Service Award. The award was presented at the company’s holiday party on Friday, December 6 at The Foundry, home of CSM Group’s corporate headquarters.

The Walt East: Excellence in Customer Service Award is one of CSM Group’s most prestigious awards and one that was created from the spirit of a CSM teammate.

Long before CSM adopted the tagline of “Building Owners’ Trust,” Walt East was doing just that. His relentless commitment to his clients and pride in his work impressed everyone who met him. Walt’s unique ability to build lasting relationships with clients and co-workers made him a person that everyone wanted to work with. In honor of that, the Walt East award is presented annually to someone who provides the best service – both internally and externally – daily.

Beaver rejoined CSM Group in 2014 and has been an integral part of the growth and development of the company. As a project director, he is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction to closeout, including coordination of the owner, architect/engineer, and subcontractors. In his role, he has supported clients such as Greenleaf Trust, Catalyst Development Co., Bronson Healthcare Group, State of Michigan, Michigan State University, Henry Ford Allegiance Health, and Michigan International Speedway.
