In their roles, they will each provide leadership, direction, and oversight during all phases of construction around a fully-operational job site and will be involved in all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction. They will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.
All three individuals will be supporting the company’s food and beverage market. Both Wagner and Hale will be managing projects for Kellogg in Memphis, Tennessee while Hicks will be coordinating the construction efforts for Kellogg in Jackson, Tennessee.
