To help the organization maximize its time, improve its decision-making, and make the flow of information more effective, CSM Group has appointed Tifany Brody as Chief of Staff.
In her role, Brody is an extension of the Chief Executive Officer, Stuart Mason, maximizing his reach across the organization by supporting communications between the executive team and key stakeholders.
“Tifany’s new role is in recognition to the hard work and high value support she has provided to both CSM Group and its executive team,” said Mason. “As we scale and face bigger challenges, Tifany will be a critical extension of my support to our organization.”
Since joining the organization in July of 2019, Brody has been a critical asset to the growth and development of CSM Group’s operations teams. With a strong skillset set in communication, problem solving, and customer service, she goes above and beyond to ensure her teammates receive the support they need to succeed.
“Tifany not only has an abundance of talent and skill for her new position, but she is also a great example of many of our organization's core values,” said Steve East, Chairman of CSM Group. “She truly gets it done and has a ‘nothing is impossible’ attitude.”
Brody continues to drive CSM Group’s operations teams by translating defined business strategies into executable workstreams that yield intended results. With guidance from senior leadership and department heads, she oversees strategic initiatives from development through successful execution to ensure the organization’s continued success.
