CSM Group proudly celebrated its team's hard work and dedication at its holiday luncheon and awards ceremony on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This annual event served as a moment of reflection on the organization’s shared successes and an opportunity to honor individuals and teams who exemplify excellence in their work.

The awards program highlighted the incredible achievements of CSM Group employees and teams, with the following honorees celebrated for their outstanding contributions:

- **Spirit of CSM Award: Debbie Winn and Bruce Zache**
