CSM Group Receives Gold Award, Good to Great Award from United Way of West Michigan
West Michigan— CSM Group was recently presented the Good to Great award recognizing CSM Group’s increasing participation of West Michigan’s United Way’s annual campaign by 50% or more. That has also led CSM Group to the Gold Award for support of the 2007-2008 West Michigan United Way annual campaign. To achieve the gold award a company must meet or exceed the following milestones:
Employee Participation: 50%
Employee Average Gift Amount: $225 or more
Unrestricted giving to United Way’s Community Investment Fund: 80%
CSM Group employees raised $7,500, contributing to the $13.8 million total raised by the community throughout the annual campaign.
