CSM Group Honored as One of West Michigan’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for Three Years in a Row
West Michigan-West Michigan— CSM Group, a leading construction management firm, was recently named one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For by the Michigan Business & Professional Association.
To be recognized as one of West Michigan's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work for a company must first be nominated, then submit an extensive survey completed by its HR Director. Employees are also randomly surveyed. Once the results are in, the panels of judges look for unique thought processes with top support from senior management and policy makers, as well as above average programs, services, and solutions for employees. Judges also look for adaptation to various new factors in the marketplace.
