CSM Group Selected for Miller Energy Tenant Fit-Out
West Michigan —CSM Group has been selected by Catalyst Development Co. LLC to handle construction management for the Miller Energy tenant fit-out in the Miller Canfield building. Miller Energy will occupy a suite on level three of the building. The architect for the project is Eckert Wordell of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The project will consist of approximately 5,230 sq ft and has a start date of February 2008. The expected value of construction is $389,770 with completion expected May 2008.
