Shannon Sauer-Becker and Amanda Gildea Join CSM Group
West Michigan—The following individuals have joined CSM Group.

Shannon Sauer-Becker has joined CSM Group as a Project Manager, bringing with her twenty years’ experience in the construction industry. Shannon attended the Construction Management program at Western Michigan University and spent six years in the United States Air Force. Shannon is the site project manager for the Kalamazoo Public Schools new Elementary building.
Shannon has also played a prominent role in the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), holding several key offices including President, and was recently awarded the Chapter’s “Foremost Leader for 2007” Award.

Amanda Gildea has joined CSM Group as Project Assistant. Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration from Siena Heights University and is working to complete her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She will be working on in-patient facility expansion project for Battle Creek Health System.
