CSM Group Selected for New YWCA Project
West Michigan—CSM Group has been selected by the Board of Directors to handle construction management for the YWCA of Kalamazoo, Michigan. The architect for the project is Diekema | Hamann of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The project is currently in the fundraising stage. The goal is to raise $5 million and approximately 80% has been raised to date. The design is expected to be completed in late May with a project start date of July 2007. The expected value of construction is $2.3 million.
