CSM Group Selected as Construction Manager
for the Kalamazoo County Juvenile Home Project
West Michigan—CSM Group has recently been selected by the Kalamazoo County Building Authority to handle construction management for the Juvenile Home Project.
“After careful consideration of several qualified firms, we are confident that CSM Group will be a great partner for the County to construct the Juvenile Home. The Building Authority and the support team are looking forward to working with CSM group,” stated Ms. Dawnanne Corbit, Building Authority Chairperson.
The $28.3 million bonds were approved last August for the construction of the new home. The design and construction of the juvenile home is expected to take between 18-24 months to complete.
