CSM Group Names 4 as Group Vice President
CSM Group has promoted the following individuals to the position of Group Vice President:
Tim Ankney has been with CSM Group for over 18 years. He has held many positions and worked on numerous projects throughout the years. As Project Director Tim currently manages CSM’s relationships with Western Michigan University, Greenleaf Properties, Allied Capital Corporation and others.
Todd McDonald started his career with CSM Group in 1988 and after only three years with the company he became an equity partner. He has been in the position of Project Director since 2004. Todd manages CSM’s relationships with Battle Creek Health System, Kalamazoo Public Schools, Felpausch Stores, and Girl Scouts of Glowing Embers Council among others.
Curt Petersen joined CSM Group as a college intern in September 1987 and worked his way up through the ranks from Project Engineer to Superintendent to Project Manager. As a Project Director, he is responsible for coordinating and managing projects from pre-construction activities through buyout and closeout. Curt manages CSM’s work for Bronson Methodist Hospital, Stryker, Midlink Business Park, AvTech Laboratories, Kalamazoo Brewing Company, among others.
Lisa Prasher has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and oversees the Grand Rapids market from CSM Group’s Grand Rapids’ office. She is a LEED-accredited professional in new construction, existing buildings, and commercial interiors. Lisa is currently working on the district-wide facility improvements for Otsego Public Schools and the Two East Fulton project in Grand Rapids in addition to overseeing CSM’s Grand Rapids market development efforts. She has also recently been named an Associate Partner.
