New Projects Awarded
CSM Group has recently been awarded the following projects:
CSM Group will be renovating Greenleaf Holdings’ 125 Exchange Place building in downtown Kalamazoo. The tenant for the 9,000 square-foot building will be The Kalamazoo Promise. The $340,000 project is being designed by Diekema Hamann Architecture, and is scheduled for completion in October of 2006.
CSM Group has been selected as Construction Manager for the build-out of the 5,000 square-foot I Love Sushi restaurant in the United Building in downtown Kalamazoo. The project design team includes SKP Design and Byce Consulting Engineers. The $325,000 project will be completed in the fall of 2006.
