CSM Group Ready for Mar Lee School Renovation Project
Southwest Michigan—Mar Lee School, a K-8 educational facility built in the 1950s near the towns of Marshall, Olivet and Albion, is ready for a complete makeover following a successful November 8, 2005 bond vote, according to Doug Phillips, Business Development Director for CSM Group. CSM Group is the construction management firm in charge of the project.
Phillips reports that renovation and expansion plans include the construction of a new, middle school-sized gym/multi-purpose room with a portable stage, bleacher seating for up to 200 people and assembly seating for up to 400, dedicated band rooms and computer rooms, expanded science classrooms, media center, and administration/visitation areas, installation of energy-efficient window walls, and several other building-enhancement details.
