CSM Group Celebrates Grand Opening of Ice House Bar & Grill
Kalamazoo, Michigan—The new casual dining restaurant/sports bar inside The Annex at Wings Stadium Complex celebrated its grand opening recently as the “Ice House Bar & Grill”—the winning entry in a naming contest, reports Tim Ankney, Project Director for CSM Group, the firm in charge of construction management for the facility.
According to Ankney, the 2,800-square-foot, 75-person capacity bar and grill will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and includes a viewing area of the ice rink that is used for high school hockey games, youth hockey, adult hockey, figure skating and special events. “It won’t replace the current Underground Sports Bar, which is open only during hockey games. Attendance has been growing, and the two facilities will work well together to handle the larger crowds.”
