Hillsdale Community School Chooses CSM Group as Construction Manager
Southwest Michigan—Hillsdale Community Schools has selected CSM Group to act as construction manager for its new elementary school complex. A $16 million bond for the project is scheduled for vote on November 8, 2005. If passed, construction on the new complex will begin in 2006 and consolidate three existing buildings, each more than 50 years old, into a single structure that will house approximately 900 K-8 students.
