Portfolio of Houses of Worship Construction Projects
More than a gathering place for worship, fellowship, and outreach, your church facilities are often a source of inspiration and the signature of your congregation, your beliefs and values. At CSM Group, we understand the unique and special challenges building worship facilities presents—and offer special services to help you with the process—from communicating the vision and inspiring support to working through committees and assuring good stewardship of resources.

St. Michael Lutheran Church

Budget was a significant Owner concern and CSM was able to work with the designer to ensure the project was designed and engineered to meet all of the Owner's goals - cost, performance, size and quality. The project includes a new 22,500 square foot building with a pre-engineered metal structural frame with split-face masonry veneer.

Kalamazoo Gospel Mission

The project is a 23,000 square foot conventional steel and masonry facility designed to house up to 200 persons. The exterior cladding of the facility is a combination of decorative concrete masonry units, brick and cast stone.

Society of St. John of Cantius

The Society has the purpose of forming a Roman Catholic men's diocesan institute to train and form men to become priests and brothers. Phase I of the plan included erection of a chapel originally constructed in Poland. Phase II included the construction of St. Anne's Retreat Center with facilities to house upwards of thirty-five to forty men who have begun their training. Phase III included the Novitiate building which is planned to accommodate not less than eighty individuals in various stages of training.
