Portfolio of Retail Construction Projects
It's obvious to anyone involved with retail stores, restaurants or hotels
that each of these industries is very different. Yet they share many of the
same challenges. Success depends in part upon a facility designed and
built to achieve several objectives. A retail store or restaurant must be both attractive and inviting. It must make maximum use of space. It must be able to withstand high traffic volumes and varying traffic patterns. For hotels, it is all this and more. Hotels must marry the convenience of a retail store and the pleasures of a restaurant, then combine them with the creature comforts of home.

Sushiya

United Building

Heritage Chevrolet

An initial review of the site during pre-construction revealed the soil lacked the load-bearing strength to support the structure as it was designed. CSM Group conducted numerous studies and tested several designs before selecting the ideal foundation size, shape, and construction process that would allow work to be carried out safely around the existing structure while ensuring a long-lasting, problem-free new facility.

Royal Chevrolet
Oldsmobile Cadillac

The site was completely redone to allow for increased parking, all new paving, and utility upgrades.  The new façade design creates a similar look to the owner’s Battle Creek location, a project CSM completed in 2002.
