The Creekside Commons office development at 951 West Centre Street is a 31-acre “natural” corporate office setting situated alongside the Portage Creek and wetlands.
The development’s first multiple-tenant office structure is a 40,000 sq. ft. two-story brick and EIFS structure. The building is designed by Design Plus of Grand Rapids, with L.L. Harris and Associates of Kalamazoo designing the landscaping and water features.
