A manufacturing plant is not a “big box,” nor is it an office building with fewer
windows. Buildings should be carefully designed and configured to meet your
very specific needs. That can mean, for example, reinforced weight-bearing
specifications for flooring, high ceilings, unique acoustical or humidity-control
demands, and a hundred other possible considerations. And many of them
have special implications for safety, personnel, equipment, and timing. |

offering the largest and most flexible contiguous space
available for warehousing and distribution, manufacturing,

The valuable experience
CSM Group gained from construction of the original
facility enabled the firm to bid a highly competitive NTE (Not To Exceed)
price and offer a very tight construction schedule. Further, CSM
Group's careful analysis and management of
the budget in the early construction stages
indicated a 10% less-than-estimate final cost.
This allowed the owner to enhance the building with full concrete dock
aprons and upgraded electrical generator service. |
