Respond promptly to any contractor inquiries and issues. Keep the jobsite appearance beyond reproach. Make our expectations clear, unambiguous. Be firm with our convictions, but fair, in our contractor interactions. If problems arise, address them promptly and directly with the contractor. Perform contractor reviews on a timely and frequent basis. Pay promptly. Never compromise jobsite safety. Let our professionalism be reflected in our jobsite conduct and communications. Do everything to uphold the trust contractors place in our people and our company.
