The brand contract is our set of standards that guide our actions with building owners, architects, contractors, and everyone we encounter inside and outside the business to help us deliver CSM Group's brand promise, everyday.

  • Treat owners' money as if it were our own.
  • React immediately to provide answers and solve problems.
  • Respond promptly to owner inquiries and issues.
  • Investigate every possible aspect of the project in the pre-construction phase to anticipate opportunities and identify problems.
  • Make sure the owner never has to call for an update.
  • Update the project weekly on the Project Status section of the website.
  • Keep the jobsite appearance beyond reproach. be available to owners, day and night.
  • Always keep the owner informed and "in the loop".
  • Never leave the owner hanging. If CSM Group associates field issues or problems they can't answer, they will find the person who can.
  • Never compromise jobsite safety.
  • Follow through at project completion to assure continued satisfaction with ongoing performance.
  • Do everything to uphold the trust owners have placed in our people and our company.
  • Refer business to the owner at every opportunity.
