CSM Group, a Kalamazoo-based construction management firm, will manage the construction of Kalamazoo County’s new downtown justice facility.

The company was selected by Catalyst Development to serve as the construction manager on a $70 million project that will offer housing, office, and parking at the southwest corner of North Edwards and Water Street, across from the Arcadia Creek Festival Place.
