CSM Group is pleased to announce that Johnny Cotner has joined the team as a construction manager.
With more than 26 years’ experience in the construction industry, Cotner will be a valuable asset to the company’s project management staff in the Mid-South. His knowledge as a Certified Pipe Welder and expertise in pipefitting and welding will prove valuable while supporting clients in the food and beverage and industrial manufacturing markets.
As a construction manager, Cotner will be responsible for directing and verifying contract compliance by trade contractors and ensuring that the owner’s expectations are met with respect to a quality finished project. He will also be responsible for trade contractor pre-qualification, review of project documents, scheduling, bid document preparation, submittal approval(s) and tracking, safety compliance, cost control, quality assurance, and field order pricing.
