CSM Group is pleased to welcome Beth Lynch, project engineer, and Mickey Rutz, project manager, to the team.
Lynch comes to CSM Group with seven years of experience in operations and coordination. He will also be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts, predicting and resolving conflicts before they impact the project, and delivering timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients. He will be joining the CD-12 team at 180 E. Water Street in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Rutz has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Western Michigan University.
