Safety

-Hard hats are required to be worn by trade contractors and all visitors while on site within the construction perimeter 

-Visitors must obtain permission from CSM prior to accessing the site

-Security badges will  be required

-All CSM staff are trained and certified in CPR and first aid

-CSM provides AEDs on all jobsites and the required training to administer the use of the AED 

-CSM contracts a third-party safety consultant (Access Safety) to conduct periodic/random
onsite safety inspections
