Hello, Welcome to CSM Group’s Job Posting page.  Below you will find a brief description outlining some things that are different here at CSM Group.

CSM uses the term Project Manager to define the role historically performed by a Superintendent.  As the construction industry changes CSM feels that the term Project Manager better suits the role typically performed by a superintendent.   That being said, CSM Group also feels that the term Project Director is a better definition for the role historically performed by a Project Manager.  The Project Director role is set up to direct the project.  The Project Manager role is set up to manage the project.
